We built MiteZero because we were horrified by what was living in our mattresses.

Most people wash their bedding every week. Almost nobody cleans their mattress. And for a long time, neither did we.

Then we looked into it. The average mattress is home to over 10 million dust mites. They feed on dead skin cells, multiply in the warmth of your bed, and release waste particles that are one of the leading triggers of allergies, asthma, eczema, and broken sleep. In children especially, the effects can be significant.

We were not prepared for that. And we were even less prepared by what we found when we went looking for a solution.

The market was full of cheap, unbranded UV vacuums that looked like they had been designed by nobody and sold by everyone. No real brand. No real story. No reason to trust them with something as important as the health of your family.

So we built MiteZero.

We spent months getting the engineering right. The UV-C wavelength. The suction power. The filtration. The weight and balance so it feels good in your hand. We obsessed over the details because we believed that a product protecting your family's sleep deserved to be held to the same standard as any other premium device in your home.
